all parties offering housing:
As
of January 2nd. 2009 it will be mandatory to have a certificate of
inhabitability for the purposes of filing for a FOVISSSTE Credit. Therefore, it
is suggested to request the corresponding inspection as per the criteria
established in the Sole Housing Register.
Within
FOVISSSTE, certification must be requested for the range between 0% building
progress status houses and finished houses.
