Certificate
This is a
document for demonstrating before Banks, Agencies or Entities the current
credit status of a contributor to the ISSSTE Housing Fund, allowing
withdrawal of any monies accumulated at the SAR Housing sub-Account.

Voluntary Retirement Program –
Official identification
·
Decease of the contributor or credit
beneficiary.- Official ID of the beneficiaries
(when these are minors, Birth Certificate), Death Certificate of the
contributor or credit beneficiary and designation of beneficiaries (form
R04).

Liquidations.-
Official ID and liquidated account statement.
·
Pensioners, either by reason of age or
by reason of years of service.- Granting of
pension and pensioner ID.

PROCEDURE:

The party requesting the issue of a
certificate must appear at the CIS or at the Housing Department, bringing the
aforementioned documentation.

The user must fill out the application
form given out at the booth.
·
The user, when filling out the
application, must indicate whether the certificate is needed by reason of
voluntary retirement, retirement by reason of age or years of service, by
reason of having become a pensioner or specify whether the application is
being filed for beneficiaries by reason of the decease of the contributor
or credit beneficiary. The user must also specify whether he/she was a
FOVISSSTE mortgage credit beneficiary and, if he/she was such a
beneficiary, the user must demonstrate that the credit has been liquidated.

Once all the documents required have
been assembled, the no-debt certificate within 48 hours.
