First Payment Frequently Asked Questions

 

 

How much will be withheld from my income to cover my credit?

Starting on which payroll check must I begin to repay the loan?

How much must I pay?

What are the basic wages and what are they made of?

How will withholdings show up on my Statement?

Will I be charged late fees or interest?

Will any payments made on top of my 30% repayment percentage be applied towards repayment of principal?

 Where are data corrected?

 

 

How much will be withheld from my income to cover my credit?

 

Based upon your basic wages, 30% of such basic wages is withheld towards repayment of your credit.

It is important to point out that concepts for calculating your payment will vary with the terms of your Entity.

 

At FOVISSSTE, we advice you and help you generate a calculation of your payments, which may vary from one entity to another.

Starting on which payroll check should I begin to make repayment?

 

For credits granted between January 1st. and December 31st., 2007

 

~ If you signed your title deed within the first fifteen days of a given month (days 1 to 15), the first payment should be made on the 30th. day of that same month, at the latest.

 

~ If you signed your title deed within the last fifteen days of a given month (days 16 to 31), the first payment should be made on the 15th. day of the next month, at the latest.

 

For credits granted between January 1st. and December 31st., 2008

 

~. Payment obligation comes into effect on the semi-monthly payment date corresponding to the date on which the Title Deed will have been signed, as per the Mutual Contract with Interest and Mortgage Guarantee.

 

For credits granted between January 1st. and December 31st., 2009

 

Payments should begin on the fifth semi-monthly payment date counted from the date on which the title deed was signed; while automatic withholdings on payroll checks are not being applied, it will be the worker's obligation to make direct payments through the bank, in case no direct withholdings on payroll checks begin on the fifth semi-monthly payment date after the date on which the title deed may have been signed.

 

 

For this, you must exhibit:

 

Official ID, payment receipt(s) original and a photocopy thereof (one for each job position).

If you cannot appear in person, you may send a representative, who shall be able to produce a simple power-of-attorney, an official identification and a photocopy thereof.

 

While the entity I belong to processes my withholding, where and how much should I pay?

 

At any Branch of BBVA BANCOMER, through direct deposit.

You must provide the teller with the following information:

Client Name – Housing Fund Executive Commission

Account number – Agreement CIE 73404

Reference (write down the Taxpayer Number in the pay slip*)

Concept (Name of the rightholder, beginning with the last name).

Amount being paid.

Payments are to be made every two weeks until the automatic withholding goes into effect.

Always make sure that your data are complete and correct, so that your payment is made in a timely fashion in your Account.
