Procedure
for Registering Housing Offers before FOVISSSTE
1st. OFFERING REGISTER BEFORE
RUV (SOLE HOUSING REGISTRY, by its Spanish initials)
Once validated as an RUV Offerer, registered parties will be allotted an
Offerer ID, keys and passwords.
Using them, an Offerer must register his/her/its housing offering; this is done
by Internet, through the RUV modules for the registration of Offerings at www.micasa.gob.mx and following the indications
mentioned on this page.
Once all documentation has been registered at the RUV, approval of the relevant
offering will be notified within 10 days.
Once approval has been received and all RUV payments made, the CUVs are
allotted to every house in the development being registered.
2nd. FOVISSSTE REGISTRATION
In order to register an offering before FOVISSSTE, both offerer and
offering must be registered before the RUV.
It is also necessary to have been validated as a FOVISSSTE offerer within the
processes indicated under the requirements for being registered as an offerer. (Housing Offering Registration Form)Once an
offerer has been validated, information is electronically and automatically
extracted both pertaining the offerer and the relevant offering of RUV for
transfer into the FOVISSSTE Housing Offering System (SIOV, by its Spanish initials) and the
relevant information will appear at the www.fovissste.gob.mx
website,
under the housing section.
